Returns & Replacements

Exchange Policy – In case the customer is not satisfied with the product (applicable for ASHIKA INCENSE INC Branded Products) he/she bought, he/she may return it back to us. We will replace it with an alternative of customer choice. The logistics for this exchange should be borne by the customer.

Quality Problems – In case of a rare event of quality problem, please do get in touch with our customer care team and we will arrange for an immediate replacement of the product. The logistics will be handled by us.

Refunds - In case of refund for the right product received and not satisfied with the quality of the product, refund will be done and the customer need to send back the product to us on his cost of consignment (transaction charges applicable as per the payment gateway and refund will be done through payment gateway or NEFT directly to customer bank account).

ASHIKA INCENSE INC., will not be responsible for damage happened in transit.

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time."
