What are the shipping charges to my location?

A NOMOMINAL COURIER CHARGES OF RS 30 has been fixed for single pieces.

How soon is the order shipped?

Your order will be shipped in 4-5 working days through a RECOGNIZED COURIER SERVICE provider or / INDIA POST depending on the serviceability to the area to which the product has to be shipped.

In worst case scenario, the ordered product may get delay for shipment due to out of stock, OR a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. . Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. In such case the status of the order will be informed to the customer through mail or phone call.

There may be other cases of delay while the consignment is in transit. In such case we will take up the issue with our logistic partner and make the consignment deliver to the customer as soon as possible.


Privacy & Security

We respect your right to privacy. We collect only the information related to your order and post-dispatch services. The mandatory information we collect includes your NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and SHIPPING ADDRESS AND BILLING ADDRESS

ASHIKA INCENSE INC., does not store your credit card or online bank account information. The only information stored are those given by you during registration. No transaction information are stored in our database. These details are directly keyed in by you into the bank payment gateway.

ASHIKA INCENSE INC will not rent or sell your personal information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes.

Returns & Replacements

Exchange Policy – In case the customer is not satisfied with the product (applicable for ASHIKA INCENSE INC Branded Products) he/she bought, he/she may return it back to us. We will replace it with an alternative of customer choice. The logistics for this exchange should be borne by the customer.

Quality Problems – In case of a rare event of quality problem, please do get in touch with our customer care team and we will arrange for an immediate replacement of the product. The logistics will be handled by us.

Refunds - In case of refund for the right product received and not satisfied with the quality of the product, refund will be done and the customer need to send back the product to us on his cost of consignment (transaction charges applicable as per the payment gateway and refund will be done through payment gateway or NEFT directly to customer bank account).

ASHIKA INCENSE INC., will not be responsible for damage happened in transit.
